I’ve been going to Dr. Hillman for many years. I also used to see the best (and sweetest) massage therapist in the world, Mary Blue English, who is now their office manager. Because of their care, my back problems improved 99%. Due to family obligations of caring for my ill mom, I got away from going. Wow can I tell a difference! I started back under Dr. Hillman’s care this week and plan to be a regular patient again and get my life back. Their new office is gorgeous and the staff, like Dr. Hillman, are kind and caring.

This place has it all!! From the nutrition, adjustments, and massages..i have done it all. Everyone is helpful and hopeful. The girls at the front desk are enthusiastic and always willing to work with your schedule. I have spent a lot of time at true health chiropractic and would recommend anyone, looking for great care to give them a try!

For over a decade now when I work out I would get headaches. The more intense the workout the worse the headache. I have grown fond of i.b. profin. But I got to the point where I could muster maybe a workout a week or two. Pair that with hurting my back at the gym 5 years ago, so I couldn’t use free weights without hurting my lower back. So I have been doing pushups and pull ups here and there, and every once in a while hit the gym then remember how bad headaches hurt. Well a few weeks back i went to True Health Chiropractic and Massage and took advantage of an xray deal they have. After finding out my spine was twisted on the bottom and off kilter on the top I started some treatments there. After 2 weeks, I hit the gym this week. I was able to lift heavy free weights, including deadlifts. And no headaches and no lower back issues! I’m thrilled, I didn’t actually figure they could stop that stuff. I can finally start working out like I would like without pain and injury!!!

After receiving corrective treatment 30+ years ago for tension headaches & neck pain, I have maintained a monthly adjustment schedule. The last few years, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hillman, & we are both fans of the Pulstar technology. Dr. Hillman is very approachable & his staff is warm and welcoming. The new office is beautiful with calming effects from the decor & zen-like quiet background music. Seldom do I wait for my adjustment, but even then I don’t mind waiting in the calming atmosphere. I have not had a massage in the new office yet, but it’s on my “to-do” list.

I was a patient of Dr. Hillman at his previous practice and have followed him to his new practice he has opened on his own. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Hillman is extremely knowledgable and gets me pain free very quickly. I get in and out and time is a priority.

I started going to True Health almost 3 weeks ago! Dr. Mills, FrontDesk staff, Mary and Sammy do a awesome job. I feel very welcome , every visit. They answer all of my questions. I am so happy I started Shape reclaimed program. I have lost 17 lbs in the past 18 days . I feel better and have more energy and sleeping better:) I have also got a great massage with Alyssa! She was wondering was very relaxing. It was so comfortable I signed up for the VIP Massage membership. The office is peaceful and clean and have great chairs. It is so comfortable sometimes I feel like going to sleep. I want to also thank my best friend Jessica Smith for referring me to there office!! Thank you for making me feel better and giving me congratulations for my success so far. I would refer anyone there it is that great!!!

I have been going to Dr. Hillman for years now. I bundle my therapies there into one visit. I get adjusted, do cervical decompression and get a massage. I find this really makes a difference in my life. I deal with pain every day, but this seems to make my life less painful. I go to Bree and Rachael for my massage, and they do wonders on my back. I call them my “miracle workers” because they somehow get through the tightness and rock hard muscles in my back! I highly recommend this wonderful office!! Everyone is so friendly and truly care about your well being!! Don’t know where I would be without them!!! Thank you for all you do!!

Dr. Hillman has been our (husband and myself) chiropractor going on four years. The soothing calm and pleasant atmosphere of his new office is a reflection of he and his wife’s personalities. We both have received excellent results for acute as well as maintenance needs. Additionally the massage therapists do an excellent job aiding healing in chronic or more problematic areas.
