For over a decade now when I work out I would get headaches. The more intense the workout the worse the headache. I have grown fond of i.b. profin. But I got to the point where I could muster maybe a workout a week or two. Pair that with hurting my back at the gym 5 years ago, so I couldn’t use free weights without hurting my lower back. So I have been doing pushups and pull ups here and there, and every once in a while hit the gym then remember how bad headaches hurt. Well a few weeks back i went to True Health Chiropractic and Massage and took advantage of an xray deal they have. After finding out my spine was twisted on the bottom and off kilter on the top I started some treatments there. After 2 weeks, I hit the gym this week. I was able to lift heavy free weights, including deadlifts. And no headaches and no lower back issues! I’m thrilled, I didn’t actually figure they could stop that stuff. I can finally start working out like I would like without pain and injury!!!
