First time going here today for a massage. The staff that answered the phone when i made the appointment was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful. Upon arriving for my appointment, i was greeted with a smile as soon as i walked in the door. Rachael was my massage therapist and made me feel welcome and relaxed; she also listened to my concerns as to what target areas i was wanting to acheive from my massage today. I most definietly will recommend True Health Chiropractic and Massage to others! I must say that the environment was clean, soothing, and relaxing 🙂

We very much appreciate Dr. Hillman’s care and his wonderful staff in his lovely new location at 127 N Williamsburg Drive in Bloomington. Dr. Hillman has helped not only me, but my parents as well as my son. I used to have daily lower back pain, but with Dr. Hilllman’s chiropractic care I am now pain free and can do the things I love to do!!

Pulled my back a few days before I went for a massage. I left with much more flexibility and a whole lot less tension.
They claim 1 hour full massage, which is absolutely true. Other places I’ve been to offered 1 hour massage, but 10 minutes of it was spent getting prepared for the massage itself. They also offer a cheaper rate if you’re a first time customer which was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for any massage needs. I didn’t catch the name of the young lady massaging me, but she definitely knew what she was doing and made me feel very welcome.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hillman for many years. I also used to see the best (and sweetest) massage therapist in the world, Mary Blue English, who is now their office manager. Because of their care, my back problems improved 99%. Due to family obligations of caring for my ill mom, I got away from going. Wow can I tell a difference! I started back under Dr. Hillman’s care this week and plan to be a regular patient again and get my life back. Their new office is gorgeous and the staff, like Dr. Hillman, are kind and caring.

I am biased, because I work here, but the level of care that Dr. Hillman and Dr. Mills give their Patients and their Team is phenomenal! They take their time and really care about what is going on and what they can do to help each and every person that walks in the door. I feel blessed to work here. We have a beautiful office, fantastic doctors, and an amazing Team of Massage Therapist. We all work very hard to make sure you get the best care possible, because you and your health deserve it!

Dr. Hillman and Dr. Mills together have a vast array of Chiropractic and Pain Management knowledge. They both use the Pulstar adjusting tool which allows them make very refined adjustments with the correct pressure. The tool pinpoints where the pressure needs to be applied in order to correct spinal position by comparing it to a “normal” curvature in the spine (from research). Dr. Hillman sees a lot of patients every day and cares about every one of them. Mary, the office manager, has been working with Dr. Hillman for 10+ years! She is fantastic and handles all of the insurance and patient check-ins. I am a massage therapist for True Health (2 years-with Dr. Hillman at his previous offices) and have loved every second of it. I love being able to help clients reduce tension in their affected muscles and provide them with some relief. All of us at True Health Chiropractic and Massage sincerely care about your well-being and want to see everyone walk out of there feeling better in their mind and bodies. Come check us out! Dr. Hillman has been our (husband and myself) chiropractor going on four years. The soothing calm and pleasant atmosphere of his new office is a reflection of he and his wife’s personalities. We both have received excellent results for acute as well as maintenance needs. Additionally the massage therapists do an excellent job aiding healing in chronic or more problematic areas.

A lovely new clinic with caring, knowledgeable staff, doctors, and massage therapists. Calming and friendly atmosphere at a good location.

This place has it all!! From the nutrition, adjustments, and massages..i have done it all. Everyone is helpful and hopeful. The girls at the front desk are enthusiastic and always willing to work with your schedule. I have spent a lot of time at true health chiropractic and would recommend anyone, looking for great care to give them a try!
